In this week’s episode, I really want to talk to you all about this silent retreat that I just came back from. It was three days of pure silence, which means no talking whatsoever. And as someone who talks for a living, to say I was nervous going into it is an understatement. I was almost ready to throw in the towel before I even started. But it’s these difficult experiences — the ones that push you to your edges — that you benefit the most from. And after the three days were over, it ended up being one of the best things I have done for myself — and in this episode, I’m going to share why.
