How to (Finally) Become a Morning Person | Recovery Secrets
As many of you know, I run an online program focused on addiction and mental health called the IGNTD Hero Nohab Program. Within this program, we have about 9 or 10 groups that we run, two of which I run every Tuesday and Friday. During my Tuesday session, I always kick it off with a sort of ‘rant,’ where I focus on a specific topic or lesson. So for today’s episode, I’m going to let you in on one of these sessions entirely for free and let you be a sort of fly-on-the-wall for one of these group-only meetings!
Whether or not you’re struggling with addiction or mental health, today’s conversation is an incredibly important one in terms of regulating your day-to-day functioning. I discuss the habits and rituals that have changed my life over the last decade and how you can apply them to your own life to make some seriously powerful changes.
