As many of you know, I run an online program focused on addiction and mental health called the IGNTD Hero Nohab Program. Within this program, we have about 9 or 10 groups that we run, two of which I run every Tuesday and Friday. During my Tuesday session, I always kick it off with a sort of ‘rant,’ where I focus on a specific topic or lesson. So for today’s episode, I’m going to let you in on one of these sessions entirely for free and let you be a sort of fly-on-the-wall for one of these group-only meetings!

Whether or not you’re struggling with addiction or mental health, today’s conversation is an incredibly important one in terms of regulating your day-to-day functioning. I discuss the habits and rituals that have changed my life over the last decade and how you can apply them to your own life to make some seriously powerful changes.

[8:00] What I started to realize about why I personally struggled to accomplish things.

[9:50] What I began to put into place in order to accomplish what I wanted to do daily.

[10:44] Know it or not, you already have a morning ritual. How many of you wake up and look at your phone right away? Here what it means for you…

[15:09] How to begin breaking the habit of looking at your phone first thing in the morning by creating better, new habits.

[20:23] The importance of starting your day the way you want to start it and not letting others dictate that.

[22:44] Here’s the thing: you’ve got to start your day on an equal footing.
