Going Deep: Breaking Up With Friends

This week we're bringing you a topic we've wanted to talk about for a while now that's near and dear to both of our hearts. We've mentioned it here and there but haven't gotten the chance to fully explore it yet - and that is friendship breakups.

This week we’re bringing you a topic we’ve wanted to talk about for a while now that’s near and dear to both of our hearts. We’ve mentioned it here and there but haven’t gotten the chance to fully explore it yet — and that is friendship breakups.

In our Making Friends in Adulthood episode we also touch on this subject but today we’re really getting deep and addressing friend breakups in adulthood — what they look like, how they happen, how to get through them, when you should consider initiating one, and our own experiences with them.

It’s so important to protect your energetic bubble and only keep the friends close to you that hold you up to a higher standard. We really believe in not compromising who you are to make a relationship work. So today, we hope you’ll join us and reflect on the friendships in your own life. Are they giving or taking?
