Happy Friday, Everyone! In today’s Recovery Secrets episode we are talking about living between the level of activation you wake up at and your threshold. Once you discover that your distress tolerance can improve in one area of your life, it then opens up the possibility for it to improve in any area of your life. We talk about sitting with our triggers and our discomfort to eventually reach radical acceptance. But, first we are tasked with understanding the ‘why,’ which I teach through Emotional Honesty and Trigger Exposition Therapy.
