These last few weeks have been really tough a lot of us. With everything happening around the coronavirus, we have all completed shifted our usual way of living. This quick exercise, or perspective shift, that I’m sharing today is not only about shifting your viewpoint about what’s happening in the world right now — but it’s also meant for the longterm. It’s all about how we can take the lessons that we’ve learned during this time, as well as the perspective that we’ve gained, and apply it to our future to obtain a greater gratitude for life.
