There’s an important lesson we all have to learn in life and that is to stop running from things just because they’re going to be uncomfortable. In experiencing discomfort, you’re actually experiencing growth. But sometimes that’s a lot easier said than done.
So, in today’s episode, I’m going to be breaking down the lessons I’ve learned about dealing with discomfort into three main points. I’m going to give you the tools you need to get unstuck from your old habits and patterns and start to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Because, once you can deal with discomfort, nothing is an impossible challenge anymore.
