Quit Like a Woman with Holly Whitaker of Tempest
This week on the podcast we have a special interview episode with Holly Whitaker! Holly is doing great things in this world in the space of addiction recovery. She started a movement called Hip Sobriety (now rebranded as Tempest) that leads others through a modern, accessible, and empowering approach to recovery that is built around the individual. Holly knows that there is not a one-size-fits-all path to recovery and through her work, she exposes those she helps to a wide range of tools, teachings, and practices pulled from many different schools of thought.
Holly and I have a very candid, open conversation in today’s episode and I think you’ll really love it! We get into her own story of addiction and recovery, how she created her system to help others, and why she believes it is so vitally important to expand the scope of what addiction looks like and make it more accessible for others to find the help that they need. Throughout the podcast, Holly also shares many incredible resources, tools, and actionable steps that you can start utilizing today! I cannot wait for you all to tune in to learn more about her story and mission in this world!
