Below is a typical sample-schedule for the type of the experiences IGNTD offers. The specific workshops, talks and exercises are always customized to the audience, location, length and focus of the specific experience. We promise you'll be inspired, renewed and awed.

 
 
 

Thursday


3:00 - 6:00

Arrival and Settling

As you arrive to the retreat location you'll be greeted by staff and shown to your room. You'll have a few hours to absorb the beauty and feel like you've truly landed.

6:00 - 7:00

Opening Ceremony

Get inspired by your teachers and get ready for the weekend of a lifetime. You'll meet your fellow travelers and 

7:00 - 8:00

Dinner

We'll eat locally sourced, mostly plant-based meals that will nourish our bodies and help us prepare for the weekend.

8:00 - 9:00

Intention Setting Workshop

To get what you want you have to know what you're looking for. This workshop will help you tap into your deepest desires and set the scene for the rest of our time.

9:00 - 10:00

Turning down and breathing

We'll practice breathing techniques that help activate our parasympathetic nervous system and learn about the body's stress response and arousal mechanisms.

 

Friday


7:30 - 8:00

Morning Meditation

Breath, focus and intention setting will start our day off right and help us check in after the night's sleep.

8:00 - 9:00

Morning Movement

Each morning we will move our bodies through a yoga flow, mindful hike or walk, high-intensity workout or a challenging beach sweat.

9:30 - 10:30

Breakfast

Our first meal will be filled with nourishing superfoods and nutrients to energize and fuel our day.

11:00 - 12:00

Biofeedback Intro and Sessions

Adi will introduce the tools of biofeedback and teach you about this powerful tool for reducing stress and improving overall wellbeing.

12:00 - 2:00

Deep Dive Workshop

Explore the natural beauty of the Mojave Desert on this three mile hike. The trail winds through Joshua Tree’s most iconic landmarks including Giant Marbles.

2:00 - 3:00

Lunch

Our friendly staff serves up fish, chicken, and vegetarian tacos with fresh guacamole.

3:00 - 5:00

Break

Enjoy the beautiful beaches, spend time in your casita, or venture out and embark on an adventure. It's your "me" time. You can even book a private massage and lay totally still.

5:00 - 7:00

Exploring the Enlightened Coupleship

What is the ultimate relationship? How are we affected by outdated stereotypes and assumptions? How can you take your coupleship to the next level? This workshop will challenge your assumptions and open your mind.

7:00 - 8:30

Dinner

We'll eat under the stars and engage in amazing conversations after a day of self-discovery.

9:00 - 11:00

Stargazing, Biofeeback or Free-Time

A nighttime hike along the beach, relaxing biofeedback sessions, or some time to spend alone or with your partner. It's all up to you.

Kathryn, of Chrysalis, will teach you about the ancient power of specific scents and herbs to relax, awaken, arouse and focus your body and sou.

#FuckShame

Shame can be destructive and all encompassing. Adi and Sophie are going to challenge our notions of self-judgment and open our minds to a life free of shame.

2:00 - 3:00

Lunch

The staff will have a beautiful, beach-front spread for us to enjoy as we ponder our newfound freedom.

 

3:00 - 5:00

Break

Challenge yourself to explore something different than yesterday or return to the place that filled you with bliss. Self-care is as important as pushing yourself.

5:00 - 7:00

Manifesting Your Dreams

Science has shown us that our beliefs are closely tied to our performance. In this workshop, we'll explore what this means for our everyday life and how we can harness this knowledge to make everything we want, possible.

Dinner

Break bread, explore what you've learned, and imagine the possibilities of tomorrow with some new friends.

9:00 - 11:00

A high intensity, but short workout is sure to wake you up quickly. You'll be happy it's over and proud you've completed the challenge.

12:00 - 3:00

Local Area Tour

Explore the natural beauty of our beautiful host city with this locally-guided tour. We'll have lunch in the local town and celebrate the local treasures.

3:00 - 4:00

Superfood Tonics

Sophie will teach us how to boost mood and energy levels without coffee! Q+A about superfoods, herbs + adaptagens.

4:00 - 5:00

Closing Ceremony

We’ll say our goodbyes with positive vibes by sharing our intentions for the future, our dreams and our lessons. You've made new friends for life and this is the time to respect those new ties.
