Following your Intuition and Finding your People with the Almost 30 Podcast

Today we have other podcasters on — Krista Williams and Lindsey Simcik of Almost 30! Krista and Lindsey are two brilliant, hilarious women. Their story of how they met and formed a connection is incredibly fascinating. What we love about them is that they took their regular conversations on air and have created this movement of other women all over the world who tune in because they’re connected through similar experiences — entrepreneurship, relationships, and the regular ups and downs of life.

This episode was so fun to record; we could’ve talked forever — so we know you’ll enjoy it too. They bring the fun out of everyone and everywhere they go.

Tune in to hear Krista and Lindsey get deep with us to discuss their passions, relationships, and thoughts on life.

The Relationship Tip of the Week

One of the things our therapist at couples therapy really liked to say to us was, “Stay curious.” When you’re going into any conversation or situation with your partner staying curious is important. What that means is staying open, humble, and full of wonder. Don’t assume; stay open and curious to the situation or conversation playing out differently than you may think! If you don’t assume, you’re no longer bringing in any negativity or playing out preconceived ideas in your head. Every day is a new day to bring in good energy.
